AI Training & Workshops

Hands-on training by role: executives, staff on Copilot and ChatGPT, developers on Claude Code.

Frequently asked questions

Why does most corporate AI training fail to produce lasting change?
AI training produces lasting change when it is tied to the participant's own weekly tasks. The programs we design pick three or four real tasks per role, redesign them around AI assistance and measure time on task before and after. Tool demonstrations alone give awareness; changed workflows give adoption.
What do different audience tiers need from AI training?
Four groups need different content: executives need decision and governance framing, managers need workflow redesign skills, knowledge workers need hands-on practice on their own tasks, and technical staff need API and integration skills. Training by role keeps every session relevant.
How long does a corporate AI training program take?
A program aimed at changed daily habits usually runs six to twelve weeks: two weeks to choose use cases by role, two to three weeks to design and pilot the sessions, then cohort sessions with coaching and a check 30 days later. One-day workshops suit awareness and executive briefings.
How do you measure whether AI training has worked?
Training is measured at four levels: reaction (was it useful), learning (can people show the skill), behaviour (do they use AI in real work 30, 60 and 90 days later) and results (did the target metric move). We take a baseline before training starts, because a change can only be measured against a starting point.
What are the basics of prompt engineering for non-technical staff?
Four practices cover most daily use: give the model a role, give it the context and source material, ask for a specific output format, and refine by saying what was wrong with the last answer. Staff then check facts and figures before using the output.
How does AI training connect to change management?
Training teaches the skill; change management answers the questions people ask before they use it: will my role change, how will my work be evaluated, and who do I ask when the AI gets something wrong. We agree those answers with HR and communications before training starts, so the sessions and the organization send the same message.
